Ceramic Art London
Really excited to be at Ceramic Art London for the first time this year!
Really excited to be at Ceramic Art London for the first time this year!
So excited about having my work in the Whitehouse Gallery for the first time. It’s such a beautiful gallery full of gorgeous work - worth popping in if you’re in the area!
“The Whitehouse Gallery is a contemporary art & craft gallery based in the historic artist town of Kirkcudbright, South West Scotland.
Opened in 2004, The Whitehouse Gallery has firmly established itself as a leading art gallery in the region, with a nationwide reputation for exhibiting top quality Fine Art and Craft from Scotland and the UK.
The gallery is over two levels. There is a light and airy space downstairs which has a more contemporary ‘gallery’ feel, leading upstairs to a more homely environment spread across three separate rooms.
The gallery prides itself on being a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and we encourage everyone to come in and have a look. Well behaved dogs are also very welcome.
The Whitehouse Gallery has between 5-6 mixed exhibitions over the year, combining up-and-coming talents with some of the leading artists and makers in the country.”
Absolutely loved my first time at Glynde Place last year so I’m happy to say I’ll be back again for 2024!
More about the show:
“Potfest South East – Glynde Place is set in parkland immediately in front of a grand Elizabethan country house on the doorstep of the South Downs. The show is within easy access by road and rail from Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes.
Over 90 makers have been selected to showcase a wide and diverse range of work that is guaranteed to delight and inspire. Discover functional and decorative ceramics to suit all tastes and budgets and buy direct from the maker.”
Looking forward to my work being part of another lovely exhibition at Heart Gallery. Here’s more information:
“Everyone loves a good character! They make up the backbone of our creative and social history,
whether it be the now controversial Punch and Judy, the latest children’s animation series or that
bloke down the pub who always has a good tale to tell! Full of Character is a term used when
people want to emphasise that someone, or something, has a strong personality or personality
trait. We wanted to create an exhibition that explores UK artists’ interpretation of the word ‘character’ in all its wonderful guises.
Full of Character brings together wall art, print, sculpture, homewares and jewellery in a
colourful celebration of the eccentric, the bonkers, the cute and maybe even the slightly sinister.
We invite you to join us for a showcase that explores the best bits of UK humour, the
whimsy and society.”
I’m really excited about being at Scone Palace for the first time this year!
A bit about the show:
“SET IN THE BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS OF SCONE PALACE, PERTH.
This is our 27th year in Scotland and our 12th year at Scone – the home of the Stone of Destiny.
Under large marquees across the Palace lawns, meet the 90 studio ceramics artists taking part. Wander Scone’s grounds, gardens and pinetum. Talk to the makers, discover what fuels their passion for clay and buy direct. Make a full day of your visit and soak up all things clay at this Scottish celebration of ceramics.”
Looking forward to being back at this lovely show for a second year running!
“Ceramic Wales was founded in 2015 by a group of potters based in and around North Wales, who had a vision of creating a quality ceramic event to promote potters from across the UK and the rest of the world. Our first show took place in 2016 at Wrexham Glyndwr University and was followed by three more annual events located within the area. After taking a break due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are re-launched in 2022 in a new location, only a short drive along the coast to the beautiful Bodrhyddan Hall in Denbighshire”

Looking forward to being at the Hepworth for the first time this year!
“The Hepworth Wakefield Ceramics Fair is the go-to place to buy and explore all things pottery.
Buy traditional and contemporary ceramics, homeware, jewellery and more from over 60 of the UK’s best independent ceramics and potters. Plus family activities, street food, new exhibitions and discounted gallery entry.”
Looking forward to being at Potfest in the Park this year!
A bit about the fair:
“THE ORIGINAL POTFEST FLAGSHIP EVENT SHOWCASING THE VERY BEST WORK FROM 90 SELECTED ARTISTS, CHOSEN FROM THROUGHOUT THE UK, EUROPE AND BEYOND.
All with very distinctive, individual styles. Set in the magnificent backdrop of Hutton-in-the-Forest on the edge of the beautiful Lake District National Park.
Potfest in the Park takes place under large marquees on parkland in front of this magnificent country house. The potters’ special competition pieces are displayed on the lawns in front of the house, juxtaposing ancient architecture and modern ceramics.
As well as hosting Potfest in the Park, Hutton-in-the-Forest is a cultural destination in itself. With its historic house, walled garden, topiary terraces and woodland walks it makes a great day out.”
I’ll be at Ceramics in the city for the first time this year!
Here’s some information from Museum of the home:
“Join us this September for our annual market celebrating the world of ceramics, showcasing everything from functional tableware to decorative objects and unique collector’s pieces”

I’m over the moon to say I won the public vote for best stand at last year’s Art in Clay (thanks so much if you voted!) So I can already confirm that you can see me there again in 2024!
“Art in Clay Farnham takes place in November, the perfect time to buy beautiful, unique pieces before Christmas. There will be a range of exhibitors from newly qualified and emerging ceramic artists, to established makers with many years of creative work behind them. The show offers a fantastic variety of work, all made in clay. From animal sculptures to pots designed for domestic use, with a vast range in between to interest anyone that appreciates ceramics.
Held in the Farnham Maltings, Art in Clay Farnham offers a weekend of talks and demonstrations, as well as the opportunity to purchase works directly from the makers. The Maltings is a lovely welcoming, accessible venue, with good transport links nearby, parking and catering onsite. It is a lovely way to spend a winters day, assured that you can escape the elements. If you want to make a weekend of it, there is also the craft study centre nearby and the new ashgate gallery, both within walking distance.”
Looking forward to my first Trade Show with Artisan Made UK
“Artisan Made UK (AMUK) began showcasing exceptional craft-making talent from around the country in 2023. Now we're gearing up for our return in 2024
Based in North Yorkshire, Artisan Made UK takes place at Skipton Auction Mart and is run by the organisers of the long standing and well regarded Art in the Pen and Crafts in the Pen”
I’m really looking foward to being back at Elmslie House, Malvern for Blue Magpie!
A bit about the fair:
“Blue Magpie, now in its sixth year, has grown from a small fair with 12 makers, to one that now hosts over 34 different designer makers and welcomes up to 800 visitors to its bi-annual Blue Magpie Contemporary Craft Fairs.
Blue Magpie grew from the passion of its Founder, Anna Taylor, who has had a love of craft and design her whole life. From learning to draw and paint with her aunt as a child, to becoming a silversmith herself, Anna is passionate about craft and supporting other makers. Her dream was to create a space where makers could showcase their work and following the restoration of Elmslie House, where Anna lives with her family, the Blue Magpie Contemporary Craft Fairs were launched.!

See the work of the well-established alongside the up-and-coming, in an exciting mix of the sophisticated and the raw power of the next generation, combined in a bustling artisan marketplace.
No art hype, no gallery glitz, just potters and public mixing in a down-to-earth setting. Held under cover to save us from the inclement Cumbrian weather at Skirsgill Auction Mart, Penrith.”
